- Loyalty points are awarded to Loyalty Card holders with every payment.
- Loyalty points accumulate with every payment.
- The Loyalty Card is not a credit card or a debit card.
- The Loyalty Card may only be used at SOUTHERN CROSS VETERINARY
CLINIC.
- The card has to be presented to be swiped to accumulate loyalty points.
- Loyalty points can be redeemed in the form of discount on veterinary
services only (consultations, vaccinations, surgeries).
- The exchange rate for loyalty points is 1 LOYALTY POINT FOR 1 RAND.
- Loyalty points can not be redeemed in the form of cash.
- There is no interest on loyalty points.
- Loyalty Card holders have to redeem their loyalty points during a
subsequent transaction.
- Loyalty points are for cash and current accounts. If loyalty points are not
redeemed and a Loyalty Card holder has outstanding debt, the loyalty
points will expire as soon as the age of the debt becomes 30 days old or
more.
- Loyalty Card holders give Southern Cross Veterinary Clinic permission to
send them promotional material but Southern Cross Veterinary Clinic
will not divulge details to anybody else for marketing purposes.
- Lost or broken Loyalty Cards will be replaced for the amount of R10 each.
